Specifications include, but are not limited to: All proposals submitted for Traffic Signal/Controller Maintenance must include proposal pricing on a per hour and/or materials basis, as indicated on the Proposal Form. Contractors must include, within their hourly rates, all hand tools and miscellaneous incidental materials, i.e., nails, screws, etc. This is intended to be an indefinite quantity contract covering the period from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. Specific non-emergency maintenance/replacements will be subject to prior approval by the Town's designated representative. The Town reserves the right, subject to approval of the Proposer, to extend this contract for up to two additional one-year periods. Total contract period shall not exceed thirty-six (36) months.
