Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Civil plans submitted to Eagle Mountain city for review and comment at the 30% and 90% design level which shall show: Geometric and signal design for intersection improvements showing dual left turns for the north and south directions. This shall include existing round-about removal, pavement improvements/widening (if/where necessary), signal design (accounting for future expansion, if/where necessary). See attachment B 2. Design signal timing and phasing for the intersection. 3. Design electrical service, intersection lighting, and signal communications. 4. Design all required street drainage and associated storm-water piping (if necessary) within the project area. This includes hydrologic/hydraulic calculations to size inlets and piping, with appropriate technical memo. 5. Coordinate with Eagle Mountain City and utility companies to establish plan for relocation of any conflicting utilities. 6. Establish erosion control plans for construction and a detailed SWPPP 7. Prepare bid documents with summary of quantities for final design and assist the CIty in procuring bids for this project and assist in the evaluation of the bids submitted. 8. Prepare an engineer’s cost estimate for the project. 9. Prepare monthly invoices summarizing work performed for the invoice period including tabulations of hours by date and task for employees working on the project and supporting expense reports and invoices for reimbursable expenses. 10. It is the intent of the city to complete this design to allow for construction of the project to take place in the summer of 2025.
