Specifications include, but are not limited to: Grand County is accepting proposals for elevator inspection, maintenance and repair of 3 hydraulic passenger elevators at 2 Grand County buildings. Contractor is to provide preventative maintenance, maintenance, repair and testing services for two elevators located in the Judicial Center and one elevator located in the Administration Building. All inspections and testing to be performed during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Emergency service calls shall be responded to the same day the call is received. Nonemergency service calls shall be responded to within 24 hours of the day the call is received. Contractor is expected to provide on-call emergency services 24 hours per day/7 days per week. Contractor will be required to perform all testing and inspection services as required per law and to provide records of such results to customer. Contractor shall provide repair labor and parts pricing with proposal. Contractor shall provide copies of inspection, maintenance, and repair records to customer. All services shall be coordinated with Grand County prior to arrival to ensure the least disruption to regular business operations.
