1. Be able to carry 4 adults in a fully enclosed cab. 2. Carry/hold/transport approximately 1000lbs of equipment in the cargo area. 3. Seating needs to provide seat belts for all 4 positions. 4. Heated and air-conditioned cab. 5. The ability to switch from wheels to tracks and back. 6. Sufficient exterior work lights to illuminate all 4 sides of the UTV. 7. Red LED emergency lights front and rear. 8. A fully enclosed trailer, capable of transporting the UTV in either wheeled or tracked configuration. 9. Trailer and related equipment need to be able to be towed by LA-51, a Ford F250 chassis with a Reading utility body. 10. Total budget not to exceed $70K. 11. Possible Options: a. Navigation system for off road use b. Skid for patient transport. c. Skid for brush fires.
