Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The Major /Annual PM is during Fall and the Minor /Semi-annual is during the Spring. b. Perform the Manufacturer's recommended Preventive Maintenance Generator Services for twelve (12) generators as the annual in Fall (Dec. 2024), including replacements all fluids, air filters and all belts. c. Perform a four (4) Hour Load Bank Compliance test for twelve (12) generators as the Major /annual in Fall of (Dec. 2024). d. Perform Fuel Tank Testing and Polishing Services for fifteen (15) fuel tanks as the Major /annual in Fall (Dec. 2024). e. Replace batteries for the twelve (12) generators in compliance with the three-year battery replacement Major/annual Fall (December 2024) per NFPA 72 and NFPA 110. e. Perform comprehensive inspection and testing of generators, transfer switch and facility tests as the Minor /semi-annual in approximately six (6) months (Spring) following the major services. f. Personnel protective equipment shall be worn as needed to ensure a safe and OSHA compliant. operation.
