Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Design and install new putting surface for 40x20 room. Design should include pricing, full color layout and slope readings, simulator screens and netting along with installation requirements 2. Putting surface should provide area within the surface for gradual slope (0-2 percent grade) and include 9 holes cut into the surface 3. Slope area should take up no more than a 10x8 space on the floor opposite the hitting mats. 4. Space for 2 hitting mats built into the putting surface 10 ft from the end wall and spaced 7 ft apart. 5. Hitting mats should be seamless and allow for putting across with smooth roll 6. 2 chipping pads along with artificial fringe along the entire wall space for definition. Fringe on the right wall should extend 2 ft. off the wall to allow for chipping pad and club storage units. 7. Launch monitor/simulator screen netting, video monitor, etc. 8. Must be installed by 09/01/2024 9. Maintenance requirements for upkeep after installation
