Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Rhode Island Department of Housing and Residential Life is seeking a vendor to furnish, imprint and deliver vneck tee shirts, crew neck tee shirts, long sleeve tee shirts, short sleeve polo shirts, button down men's and ladies shirt, Men's and Ladies tank tops and hooded sweatshirts as per the brand name and specifications listed below. The Housing & Residential Life logo is to be imprinted on the shirts in a single color: white. All shirts will need to be delivered within 30-35 days. Proofs of each shirt are required. Samples without imprint are required. The brand name for each shirt will be listed and brand names are required, no brand substitutions. Colors listed for each shirt is required no color substitutions. The Housing and Residential Life Logo is to be printed over the left heart with the exception of the men's button down shirt which will be printed on the right side chest. The Housing & Residential Life logo dimensions are 3.3"W X 3.3"H Shirts are to be delivered free from rips, tears or holes. Vendor to replace at no cost if shirts are delivered in this condition
