1. Intuitive design and navigation- must be easy to use at all levels. 2. System must significantly reduce the amount of manual paperwork and data entry currently needed for the creation and completion of work orders. 3. Ability to use on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices like tablets and/or smartphones. 4. Cloud based solution- SaaS. 5. System should provide a public-facing form where University members can easily report a problem, initiate a request for work, submit any related photos or documents, track progress of the work order, and receive email notifications with communications and updates relating to their work requests. 6. Full audit trail history which captures who made what changes, by user, date, and time. 7. Ability for Facilities staff to search for work orders within the system
