• Identify all existing Farmers Markets within the Cherokee Nation Reservation. • Collect data on each market including location, size, operating hours, vendor information, products sold, and market attendance. • Develop a framework for the Alliance, including governance structure, membership criteria, and operational guidelines. • Organize focus groups and conduct surveys to understand the challenges and opportunities within the existing Farmers Markets. • Analyze the data collected to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis) related to the Farmers Markets. • Evaluate market performance and consumer demand. • Prepare a comprehensive report summarizing findings, including detailed market profiles, analysis, and actionable recommendations. • Present the report to Cherokee Nation Commerce Services.
