As-needed HVAC repairs refer to any scheduled repairs with the HVAC system that require attention to restore functionality. These repairs are typical when the workload has become very large, and additional manpower is needed. Emergency HVAC repairs refer to any sudden, unexpected issue with the HVAC system that requires immediate attention to restore functionality and prevent further damage. On-call emergency repairs refer to any sudden, unexpected issue with the HVAC system that requires immediate attention after normal working hours to restore functionality and prevent further damage. The successful Contractor is expected to provide all personnel, materials, and equipment, and perform all scope of work items, as indicated hereafter. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor for all labor, supervision, equipment, instrumentation, tools, and materials necessary to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, or replace any component of any HVAC equipment. All work must be performed in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and codes. The Contractor will be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits.
