Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Design 1.1 Evaluate RTD preliminary design and produce shop drawings. Shop drawings must include: 1.1.1.Plans, elevations, sections, and details. 1.1.2.Prepare a polycarbonate sheet boring plan for each typical condition based on field measurements. 1.1.3.Detail attachments of polycarbonate assembly to other work. 2.1 Include material descriptions, dimensions of individual components and profiles, and finishes for all components of panel assemblies. 3.1 Provide specifications for roofing material and attachment Roofing material shall be Tuffak 15 Polycarbonate or approved equal. 4.1 Include analysis data signed and sealed by the qualified professional engineer responsible for the work. 5.1 Provide samples as appropriate of the polycarbonate panel assembly, including: 5.1.1. Joinery. 5.1.2.Anchorage. 5.1.3.Expansion provisions. 5.1.4.Polycarbonate panels. 5.1.5.Flashing 6.1 Produce a traffic control plan and obtain permits by CDOT. 2. Inspection of existing conditions, demolition, and repair 2.1. Inspect existing conditions. 2.2. Demolish and remove existing roofing material. 2.2.1.Remove 2.3. Evaluate existing structural stand off attachments and determine their usability and repair when necessary. 3. Pre-installation 3.1. Conduct a pre-installation meeting on site. 4. Installation and closeout 4.1. Comply with manufacturers specification for installation. 4.2. Provide qualification data for installer. 4.3. Perform and provide product test, inspection, and evaluation reports. 4.4. Provide field quality-control reports. 4.4.1.Water-Spray Test: Before installation of interior finishes has begun, panel assemblies shall be tested according to AAMA 501.2 and shall not show evidence of water penetration. 4.4.2.Repair or remove work where test results and inspections indicate that it does not comply with specified requirements. 4.4.3.Additional testing and inspecting, at Contractor's expense, will be performed to determine compliance of replaced or additional work with specified requirements. 4.5. Provide materials and installation warranties. 4.6. Provide manufacturer’s warranty.
