Detailed Analysis: A detailed assessment report will be provided by the contractor, outlining the specific areas requiring remediation. This report should include a breakdown of the problems, the potential causes, and a recommended action plan. 3. Remediation Plan: Based on the assessment report, the contractor will develop a detailed remediation plan that outlines the step-by-step approach to addressing each identified issue. This plan should include methods for replacing the roof membrane, reinforcing anchor points, installing proper water barriers behind metal siding, rectifying flashing installation, modification or relocation of roof drains, modification of roof pitch and direction, screen wall modifications, installation or scupper drains, and any other necessary actions.
