Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Natural Resource (DNR) intends to renew an existing agreement with Guardian Mobility. Guardian Mobility flight data monitoring service is exclusive to this specialized equipment. This flight tracking system must be compatible with Minnesota Interagency Fire Center and State Patrol system that they use. By using the same flight tracking system, the dispatchers can bring up all aircraft flying from all three departments on one screen. If/When working on one project, this helps immensely for coordination and safety. Guardian Mobility retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required licensing, maintenance, updates, and patches, this has been deemed a single source purchase. None of these required products/services can be provided through a 3rd party vendor.
