a. Football i. Proposer shall provide in-stadium and on-field pyrotechnic displays at WVU Football’s seven (7) regular season home games during the 2024 season. The first set of stadium displays would be located on the North end-zone roof structure and should include four (4) total firing locations. Two of the locations would be off the West side of the videoboard and two of the locations would be off the East side of the videoboard. The second set of stadium displays would be located off the back side of the South endzone videoboard. The location(s) are from a platform approximately three-quarters up the videoboard structure. ii. Both locations would require ladder climbing by Proposer staff and tie-offs with harness safety measures taken while assembling and tearing down firework displays in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. iii. On-field pyrotechnics should consist of four (4) flame towers to assist with WVU Football team entrance effects. The exposed flame would be on top of a tower that has a height of eight (8) feet and has rolling capabilities that allow for positioning. These will also be utilized at the WVU Football Spring Game to take place in April 2025. This will be the only type of pyrotechnics necessary for the Spring Game at this time. b. Men’s Basketball i. Proposer shall provide on-court pyrotechnic displays at select WVU Men’s Basketball home games during the 2024-25 season. There will, more than likely, be six (6) to seven (7) Men’s Basketball home games pyrotechnic displays will be requested. On-court pyrotechnics should consist of two (2) flame towers to assist with team entrance effects. The exposed flame would be on top of a tower that has a height of eight (8) feet and has rolling capabilities that allow for positioning. c. Women’s Basketball i. Proposer shall provide on-court pyrotechnic displays at select WVU Women’s Basketball home games during the 2024-25 season. There will, more than likely, be six (6) to seven (7) Women’s Basketball home games pyrotechnic displays will be requested. On-court pyrotechnics should consist of two (2) flame towers to assist with team entrance effects. The exposed flame would be on top of a tower that has a height of eight (8) feet and has rolling capabilities that allow for positioning.
