Specifications include, but are not limited to: DEED’s Business Enterprises Program (BEP) provides profitable vending machine business opportunities to qualified licensed, legally blind Minnesotans to broaden their economic opportunities. In the event a self-employed vending business owner leaves the program, BEP purchase inventory as part of reconciliation process, and resells inventory to new vendor entering the program. The intent of this award is to provide merchandise resale credits if new Vendor Operator starting a business in the program is eligible. The amounts will vary by business, and BEP will facilitate to ensure a seamless transition through the entire process.
