All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. DEMOLITION: a. To remove and replace the carpet and add LVT and 6” rubber base on the Second (2nd) floor of the Folsom Administrative Building as noted on floor plan attached. Contractor will have to coordinate with timeline, electricity as required to install carpet and base. b. Remove and dispose of existing carpet and other flooring as noted, rubber base, and transition/reducer strips as required for new installation. 2. INSTALLATION: a. Furnish and install the carpet tile/LVT and 6” rubber base. Base can wrap around corners. Contractor to use only manufacturer’s approved glue/adhesion. Color as selected by Owner. Location as shown on supplemental plan. b. Generally, the areas of work will be occupied, and furniture will need to be moved around for work to commence. Adjacent spaces will be occupied and noise to be kept to a minimum. 3. AREA OF WORK: a. Folsom Building, Second (2nd) Floor. Please see attached supplemental drawing for your use. The Supplemental drawing is for clarity of work. b. All amount of material given in supplemental drawings are considered estimates only. Contractor to measure and verify actual quantities required to perform scope of work.
