Construction Document ‐ Prepare detailed construction documents, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates. These documents should be suitable for obtaining bids and guiding the construction process. 5. Permitting ‐ Assist in obtaining all necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities. 6. Bidding and Negotiation ‐ Assist in the bidding process, including responding to bidder inquiries and evaluating bids. 7. Construction Administration ‐ Provide oversight during the construction phase, including site visits, review of submittals, and ensuring the project is constructed according to the plans and specifications. 8.
