A. Perform a non-invasive visual assessment of the existing fountain, equipment room, support spaces, and building mechanical room; B. Perform a complete fountain water analysis of the existing water in the fountain and the make-up water; C. Prepare recommendations regarding the condition and quality of the fountain; D. Prepare schematic plans and elevations showing critical dimensions and any features. The schematic design drawings shall include the following: • Fountain control systems; • Fountain chemical delivery systems; • Building sections and elevations; • Chemical enclosure spaces; and • Geotechnical issues influencing structures (if any). E. Prepare Construction Documents consisting of Drawings and Technical Specifications set forth in detail for the requirements for the construction of the Project including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, materials and such other elements as may be appropriate; and F. Obtain all permits from governmental agencies.
