Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Grade site. Delete or add crushed gravel as necessary and compact to have final asphalt grade flush with existing asphalt, concrete and gutter 2. Apply a minimum of 4” uncompressed base layer of asphalt with binder. 3. Apply a minimum of 2” uncompressed asphalt top coat. 4. New pavement shall smoothly transition to surrounding surfaces. 5. All asphalt mix should be of good quality and subject to inspection and testing by Austin Peay State University or a representative of the university. Mix should comply with the National Asphalt Pavement Association standards. 6. Parking lot is to be striped in white traffic paint. 7. A proposed parking layout is attached below. The existing parking (in yellow below) shall be repainted in the same layout.
