Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm(s) shall provide Structural Engineering services on an as-needed basis for new, addition, renovation, or remodel projects located throughout the State of California. The basic services to be provided may include, but not be limited to, providing and/or preparing: • designs and analyses of building structures and components containing concrete, steel, masonry, and wood materials, • load calculations and seismic analyses, • plans and technical specifications, • criteria to prepare structural designs, • reviews of geotechnical reports for structural concerns and for foundation system designs, • reviews and analyses of existing structural systems, • structural system designs integrated with work performed by other consultants, • recommendations for special studies (wind tunnel, seismic, etc.), • engineering reports, • construction costs estimates
