Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work covered by these specifications shall include furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and incidentals which may be required to complete annual sidewalk repair and maintenance by means of new sidewalk construction and rehabilitation of damaged and deteriorated sidewalks and rights of way. This Contract is on an “as needed or on call” basis, based on available funding, for a period of three (3) years. The Project is for a periodic bid that consists of sidewalk repair and maintenance throughout the City of Mobile. Each Task Order will be designated by the City, or its consultant, as needed, utilizing unit prices for commonly performed contractor work items. Construction of these projects is intended to be performed within the shortest possible time frame with the work beginning and ending on dates selected for each task order. Failure to comply with the times specified within each Task Order may, in the sole determination of City, result in the contractor being prohibited from additional work for the City, until such time as Contractor is back on schedule.
