Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Compile, from information LLT provides, the balance sheet of LLT and the related statements of revenues, expenses and changes in fund net assets, statement of activities and statement of cash flow for LLT’s fiscal year (ending June 30) in accordance with Statements on Standards for Accounting Review Services issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. b. Prepare Federal Form 990, “Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax” where applicable to LLT and its subsidiaries. c. Provide advice and assistance on accounting issues as needed upon request of LLT. d. Provide staff augmentation to LLT when requested to assist with invoice processing, bookkeeping, reporting, and related services.
