Demolish the building located at 608 Marigny Circle. 4) Completely remove the entire structure and slab its on, both driveways to the curb, sidewalk and the tree at 608 Marigny Circle. Do not damage Slemco switch box, water meter, hydrant and storm drain. Do not damage green telephone box - not on property. See sketch attached. 5) Air monitoring is required during asbestos abatement.
