Items requiring replacement include water pumps, chillers, cooling towers, VAV box controllers and actuators, controls, and all related work. • CRC/MAST - locate packaged rooftop unit on low roof adjacent to second floor, extend natural gas line, connect to existing ductwork. Recent water damage on two separate occasions has resulted in significant damage that required replacement of ceilings, wall finishes, flooring, furniture and desktop equipment. Temperature and humidity controls have failed and require replacement. All projects will provide a proactive approach for implementation of the State mandated UT system-wide water intrusion plan (WIP).
