Specifications include, but are not limited to: Prep. • Power wash entire school at 3,500 psi. • Use turbo tip to remove large areas with loose paint • Use flat tip to tighten surface for less aggressive areas Stucco and Concrete - Buildings, Retaining Walls, etc. • Patch cracks, holes, and deteriorated stucco as needed with Stucco Patch. • Apply one (1) full coat primer (Uniprime #1), back roll all surfaces after spraying. • Apply two (2) coats finish (Carefree semi-gloss)-second coat of finish to be back rolled Wood - Overhangs, Canopies, Bungalows, Siding • Sand all surface areas that need to be caulked and/or spackled • Prep and scrape all loose paint to tight surfaces • One coat Uniprime • Two coats Carefree semigloss Metal - Flashing, Fascia, Canopy Metal Posts, Doors (in and out), Doorframes, Containers, any other metal • Prime with Rust Prohibitor Primer as needed • Apply Protec Metal Primer • Apply two (2) coats finish with Protec semigloss Safety Striping- Traffic paint applied on door entry floors, and safety yellow and red used in various areas. • Bidder will be responsible for demo, prep, installation, finishing, and disposal of material and construction debris as it relates to this work. • Bidder will be responsible for the removal and proper disposal of any waste, paint, and/or materials. • Include all necessary supplies, equipment, and labor to complete the job. • All workmanship to be inspected by the District for completion.
