Coastal Carolina University seeks a source to provide Maxient student conduct management software or approved equal per the specifications provided herein. Maxient student conduct management software is the University’s case management system for student conduct, student organizational conduct, and behavioral intervention. It allows the campus community and greater community partners to report incidents of misconduct, policy violations, hazing, and behavioral concerns. Maxient logs all communication, notes, and documentation related to all case management and pulls comprehensive data analytics for reports as needed. Maxient pulls data from the University’s existing database systems, including student information systems, learning management systems, and other relevant platforms. The system ensures the University that it is meeting reporting and case management requirements for Title IX related cases. In order to be considered an approved equal, the software must meet or exceed the following criteria: 1. Must provide equivalent or superior case management capabilities, including incident reporting, case tracking, resolution workflows, and comprehensive data analytics. 2. Must seamlessly integrate with existing systems used by the University, including student information systems, learning management systems, and other relevant platforms. 3. Must offer a user-friendly interface accessible to both administrators and students, ensuring efficient navigation and ease of use. 4. Must provide robust customer support, including comprehensive training resources, timely updates, and a reliable support team for troubleshooting and assistance. 5. Must adhere to FERPA and other relevant regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest standards of data security and privacy. This must include secure, offsite server maintenance of all records created within the database. 6. Must not have any implementation fees.
