Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Market property for sale including but not limited to online marketing in effort to promote timely and maximum return on sale. • Provide statistical reports indicating progress on marketing property and potential buyer feedback. • Informational and collaborative meetings with the STPSB, Superintendent and/or designees as requested. • Assist in negotiation of all aspects of sales contract(s) and other requirements as related to sale(s) of district properties. • Prepare and facilitate purchase agreements as approved by the STPSB in the best interest of the district. • Assist STPSB and its attorneys in coordinating efforts to achieve timely and compliant documentation and closing transactions. • Other real estate property services as requested by the STPSB. • All services shall be in accordance with all St. Tammany Parish, State of Louisiana and Federal Laws, including but not limited to LA RS 17.87, 17.87.6, 41.728, 41.891.
