Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Thoroughly review and understand all project plans, specifications, and related documents. 2. Monitor construction activities at key times to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and standards. 3. Review the materials testing that Harward and Rees will complete to ensure all materials meet project specifications and quality standards. 4. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of all construction activities, inspections, and materials testing. 5. Provide regular reports to Garfield County detailing project progress, any issues encountered, and resolutions. 6. Develop a final project report summarizing the entire construction process, materials testing outcomes, and final inspection results.
