The Kenner Fire Department is seeking submittals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide repair and maintenance services for our fleet of fire trucks. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and safety of our fire trucks to support our emergency response operations. Scope of Work: 1. Conduct ‘Major’ maintenance checks on all fire trucks in the fleet once a year per ‘Exhibit B’. 2. Conduct ‘Minor’ maintenance checks on all fire trucks in the fleet @ 6 months after the Major maintenance per ‘Exhibit B’. 3. Perform repairs and replacements as needed to ensure the operational readiness of the fire trucks. 4. Repairs, replacement and maintenance include all systems and components of each fire truck, including but not limited to, engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, air and heat unit, lighting, pumping, aerial (pumping and ladder), etc. 5. Provide emergency repair services for any unforeseen issues that may arise. 6. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work conducted on each fire truck.
