Specifications include, but are not limited to: This specification covers required fire sprinkler and back flow preventer inspections, equipment / part replacements, and repairs as defined within this specification. Includes all sprinkler and backflow devices & components tied to the sprinkler and backflow equipment. Supplier Requirements: Fire Sprinkler and Back Flow Preventer inspections shall be tested and inspected on annual basis per NFPA 25 standard guide to testing and inspecting fire sprinkler systems. Per NFPA 25 code requirement When Backflow system is protecting sprinkler then sprinkler shall be tested quarterly per code requirement. This service specification does not cover Fire Alarm System Inspections or repairs and does not cover Fire Extinguisher Inspections or repairs. Supplier shall not perform any services or repairs that are not covered under this specification. Supplier shall not be paid for unauthorized service, repair, or replacement work not covered. Supplier shall perform all sprinkler and backflow preventer inspections, per NFPA 25 standard guide to testing and inspecting fire sprinkler systems. Supplier shall comply with all required national, state, city, county, and local codes associated with Fire Sprinkler and Back Flow Preventer Inspections during the term of this PO service. All technicians that perform inspections on DHR fire sprinkler systems and backflow systems during the term of this agreement shall maintain current (NICET) certification (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies. Supplier shall maintain a current business license during the term of this agreement.
