Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Offerors must propose a technological solution (camera, microphones, etc.) in SEOC that integrates with the existing audio/visual system (Extron controller and other systems) and allows real-time web based/internet audio/visual presentation and conferencing on all standard platforms to include Zoom, MS Teams, GoToMeeting, WebEx, Google Connect, etc. 2. Conduct “cable management” to properly route and fasten existing interconnecting computer, monitor, audio, and visual cables through the SEOC to all desk stations and equipment so that the stations are fully functional unobstructed by cables and wiring. a. Install a new patch panel(s) in the network rack to support all the workstations and other SEOC network devices. b. Install 2 network cables from the patch panel to each workstation. c. Install a 4-port network jack at each workstation (preferably on the “patch panel” mounted to the shelf supports with 2-port connected to network patch panel by the new cables. d. Install 2-port network jacks at each printer/plotter location for streaming 2 PCs with new cable connecting both ports to the new network patch panel. e. Provide 2 new network patch cables at each workstation (1 for Cisco phone and 1 for computer/USB dock). f. Install new patch cables for each printer. g. Install new patch cables and HDMI jacks to connect all the computers/devices to their respective jacks, and to connect all the jacks on the network patch panel to the network switches (excluding any patch panel that are not wired to anything). h. Create a hole that allows passage for the USB-C cable that connects the USB dock to the computer. A grommet or similar product must be installed after cable is passed. i. Install duplex or 4 plex outlet for 120V power for computer, monitors, and other devices (phone chargers, etc.) in panel for easy access. 3. Provide new power supply that will generate power for all workstations. 4. Configure Extron controllers for 1080p (1920x1080 pixels) resolution instead of 720p (1280x720 pixels). Video from the computers is currently down sampled from the 1080p computers use to 720p which makes smaller text and objects hard to see clearly. 5. Incorporate, revise, and integrate of 2 web-based online streaming displays (television news, etc.) into existing Extron control.
