Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, hardware, cleanup, mobilization, and incidentals required for the project. b. The contractor shall take measures to protect existing improvements and shall replace any damaged improvements that become damaged due to the contractor’s negligence. c. The contractor will be responsible to maintain at all times a safe and clear work site. d. The contractor will be responsible to protect and secure work sites, equipment, and materials. Any damage or vandalism to contractor’s equipment or material will be the sole responsibility of the contractor. e. The contractor shall furnish and install the following: i. Steep Mountain Park Double Tennis Courts 1. Remove and replace damaged net posts (4 total) a. Refer to attached photos b. Replace (4) net posts with removable post utilizing existing sleeves. New posts to be equivalent to existing posts being replaced. c. Provide bid additive cost to coredrill and replace sleeves for new post in the event that existing sleeves cannot be used. 2. Prepare and resurface courts a. Clean and pressure wash courts b. Supply and install (3) coats of acrylic sports surface product. c. Court paint will be applied in a US Open blue and green two-tone color scheme for the tennis courts d. Refer to specification 32 13 60S 3. Place court lines a. Place tennis court lines for each court (2) b. Place (2) pickleball court lines for each tennis court (4 total). Layout to be approved by city prior to placement. c. Refer to specification 32 13 60S ii. Smith Fields Park Double Tennis Courts 1. Prepare and resurface courts a. Clean and pressure wash courts b.
