Remove and dispose of C&D debris and all associated concrete pads, foundations, etc. to bring site to a mowable condition (mowable slope is 3:1). Utilizing materials as clean fill is encouraged. Backfill excavation to subgrade and compact. Complete site restoration for dairy barn location (topsoil and seed) and Demobilize. Shack location can be left in acceptable condition as is (in the middle of the woods). Garage concrete slab can remain in place. Include in the proposal the unit prices or percentage of mark-up to complete the work of these additional activities: Please include the following unit prices in your bid: ADD/Deduct Unit Price: $/CY to provide and install 1 cy gravel (3” minus or approved) ADD/Deduct Unit Price: $/SY to provide and install topsoil (4”-6” depth), seed and mulch. The above-mentioned includes all safety equipment, construction equipment, materials, parts, hardware, and related supplies for the complete removal and disposal of the structures including all associated site restoration.
