Specifications include, but are not limited to: Riverton City will consider statements of qualifications from lobbyists for lobbying services. Lobbyist will be required to represent Riverton City interests before the Utah Legislature for up to five years, beginning immediately upon execution of an agreement for lobbying services. Submit a resume outlining skills, qualifications, experience and areas of expertise. The City may award a contract based solely upon the merits of the initial submittal, without an oral commentary; however, the City may require an oral interview from the top two or three candidates to make a final selection. If necessary, this interview will be scheduled after the closing date and prior to the award of the contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all statement of qualifications received and to waive any informality or technicality in any statement of qualifications in the best interest of the City.
