Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Rio Rancho is soliciting formal bids for the Construction Base Bid to remove existing ADA deficient curb ramps, and construct parallel directional curb ramps, and diagonal parallel curb ramps throughout Chianti Rd from Montiano Loop to Nicklaus Dr. Additive Alternate to remove existing ADA deficient curb ramps and construct parallel directional curb ramps and diagonal parallel curb ramps throughout Golf Course Rd from Chianti Rd to Abeto Ln. Construction includes the replacement of the curb ramps and portions of the valley gutter as required and ramp reconstruction to meet current ADA requirements as shown on the plans, and within the NMDOT ADA Pedestrian Access Standard Details.
