Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Refrigeration Servicing and Repairs 1. The project scope requires servicing, repairing and maintaining a variety of refrigeration equipment including commercial freezers and refrigeration units. 2. After hours servicing may be required and appropriate response times are needed. Please provide your response time to repair calls after hours, weekend, and holidays. 3. Please provide your holiday and weekend response times and schedule. Does your company have technicians available on holidays and weekends? How many are available. 4. Provide a list of refrigeration vendors that your technicians are certified to perform maintenance and repairs. What other certifications does your company or technicians hold? 5. The District desires a diverse work force. Please provide the number of service technicians that are people of color, indigenous and women.
