This Miscellaneous Road Construction contract shall be an open-scope term-based contract consisting generally of roadway construction and related work, including roadway preparation & construction, curbing and sidewalk construction, roadway drainage construction, and various ancillary items typically associated with roadway construction. The location and description of all Work under this Contract shall be within the Town of Narragansett, and will consist of various types of general roadway, right-of-way, and\or parking lot construction and reconstruction projects throughout the Town. When Work under this Contract is required, the Town shall notify the CONTRACTOR of the location(s) of work and nature of same and will issue the proper Work Orders and instructions for the execution of the Work.
