Fully automated employee benefits system. Automated feeds to and from insurance carriers and as well as any vendors/third party administrators. Compensation module availability for automated step increases, longevity payments, general increases, and other special payments. Employee employment verification service. Tax Filing Capabilities o Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. o Automated tax filing and payment services. Ease of Use for Employees o User-friendly interface for employees to access payroll and benefits information. o Self-service capabilities for updating personal information, viewing pay stubs, the changing of tax withholdings, management of direct deposits, dependent information and health benefits. o The ability for employees to track accruals associated with PTO and comp time with ease of requesting time off. Backend Integration o Seamless integration with existing HR and financial systems. o Support for complex integrations to enhance data flow and operational efficiency. Support of Six Unions and a Staff Categories o Tailored payroll and benefits processing for 6(six) different unions o Handling of union-specific rules and agreements.
