The Scope of Work for this project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for complete construction of a roof over 1,296 Square feet of existing deck. The proposed plans under the Base Bid include construction of a new roof (pitched – asphalt shingles, with underlayment as needed), fascia, soffit, siding, gutters and downspouts and light fixtures. Under an Add Alternate, the Town is soliciting a proposed cost to remove entire asphalt shingle roofing and replace with new beyond what is called for on the base bid item. The only interior work proposed will be that which is necessary to support the exterior elements. The removal, handling and reinstallation of the existing security camera will be preformed exclusively by the Towns preferred contractor.
