Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Remove and replace pipe infrastructure. Estimated 275 FT length, 54” Diameter CMP (gauge, inches, # of pieces, # of bands). • Replace with 60” HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) Double Wall Corrugated Plastic Pipe. • Phase excavation of existing pipe to allow maintenance staff to utilize the parking lot. • Contractor is responsible for safely securing work area(s). • Add additional manhole structure towards the outlet end. • Replace surface parking lot drain inlet. • Remove and haul off spoils. • No storage of spoils. • Backfill excavation with suitable soils. • Replace surface lot with Crush & Run fill AS SUBGRADE (Final Grade by others). • Include shoring for the life cycle of excavation. • Follow all local permits, codes, and regulations for construction. o a. For example, necessary erosion control. o b. Contractor responsible for all permits and the E&S Diversion Plan. • Quantity is 275 FT of pipe • Work in some areas may need to be done after hours and on weekends. • Completion date is 30 days after the start date. • Work must start 60 days after being awarded.
