Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Work shall be accomplished according to the requirements and specifications shown on “Freight Shed Truss Repair” plans by LCG Lantech Engineers dated 5/31/2024. Freight Shed Truss Repairs. This project includes heavy timber structural repairs. B. Contractor is responsible for all obtaining permits, inspections, and close out of the project with jurisdiction having authority. C. Contractor is responsible for coordinating with ARRC representative for access and scheduling with the tenant occupants and will require some after hour work. D. Please note, contractor is highly encouraged to visit the job site prior to submitting a proposal. E. Proposals will be subject to Davis Bacon/Certified Payroll requirements. F. This procurement is subject to standard ARRC procurement procedures
