Contractor shall pick up all 52 pieces of furniture from the University from specified locations. Contractor shall remove 52 pieces of furniture existing fabric and replace with new fabric. Contractor shall deliver 52 pieces of furniture to the University to specified locations. Contractor shall reupholster listed items using requested material in presented guide or equivalent material and color. Contractor shall reupholster listed items using requested material listed as basis of design in presented. Contractor is to test requested material on one furniture piece per type prior to reupholstering all quantities to ensure material is suitable for that furniture piece such that there is no issues like puddling, stiches popping, etc. If basis of design upholstery material is not suitable (causes puddling, stitching issues, etc.), contract shall inform client of reasoning for material failure via written explanation and photographs. Then, contractor is to provide 3 alternate equivalent options that would meet or exceed that of the basis of design material that would be suitable for said furniture piece reupholstery. Contractor shall secure with most durable devices i.e. staples, adhesive and buttons where needed. Contractor to provide adequate storage of furniture pieces before, during and after furniture pieces have been reupholstered from the time of pick to the agreed upon time of delivery / installation. Contractor to move furniture with care so as to avoid any damage to furniture pieces using any necessary protection like padding, cloth coverings, plastic wraps, etc. Contractor shall pick up and deliver to USCA Campus location collocated near 152 Scholar Loop, Graniteville SC 29829 during office Hours 8am to 5 pm, Monday thru Friday. Contractor shall adhere to all requirements listed in Contractors responsibilities, and complete all task to include delivery of items no later than week of 5 Aug 2024. Warranty installation and workmanship for 1 year, this period. One-year warranty begins from the date of final payment to contractor.
