The Design-Builder (DB) shall cooperate with RTA and shall provide in a timely manner the work and services necessary to complete PROJECT. Design-Builder responsibilities may include: • Use PROJECT scope to complete the final design and construction. • Provide pre-construction services including cost estimating, procurement planning, constructability, and value-engineering services. • Procure all permits, licenses, and approvals required for the construction processes. • Provide construction services, supervising Design-Builder personnel, and subcontractors. • Establish and implement quality-management procedures, including PROJECT health and safety practices. • Construct PROJECT and meet specified construction milestones and PROJECT inservice due date. • Conduct acceptance testing, startup, and commissioning. • Provide the City of Riverside approved as-built record drawings and specifications. • Provide initial Operation, Maintenance, and Performance Guarantee for a set period as determined by RTA. • Provide warranty coverage.
