Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Project Initiation – Review background materials, refine scope of work and schedule; define composition of LEC Visioning Workgroup; discuss Community Engagement Plan needs; meet with Project Management Team; meet with Fair Board; develop project branding and design elements for materials and website Task 2: Project Development – Develop a project website; develop a community survey tool; present case studies (up to 5) of successful community engagement to the Project Management Team; develop Community Engagement Plan Task 3: Community Engagement – Conduct a series of meetings (up to 6) with the LEC Visioning Workgroup to include design charettes, conduct an online county-wide survey, conduct a series of public meetings (up to 3) to gather initial feedback; public information updates Task 4: Refining – conduct a series of meetings (up to 3) with the Board of County Commissioners and Fair Board to present project updates, gather feedback and refine design concepts (up to 3) Task 5: Compiling – Develop a summary report of Final Visioning and Planning Goals for completing the Master Plan Process
