This project addresses the renovation of vacant office space and a classroom to create a new occupational therapy suite with training rooms for the College. Work includes demolition and construction of new partitions, reconfiguration and reconstruction of existing suspended acoustical ceilings and associated lighting, mechanical and fire protection devices. New floor, wall and ceiling finishes throughout the spaces. Construction of a kitchen space with functioning sink and oven/range as well as nonfunctioning dishwasher. Construction of a mock bathroom with nonfunctioning sink, vanity, toilet, tub and walk-in shower.
