The City of Lenoir (City) is seeking SOQs from qualified firms for the design of approximately 1,500-2,000 feet of gravity sewer line replacement and possible replacement and/or remediation of manholes along Harper Avenue in Lenoir, NC. The Harper Avenue Sewer Replacement project generally involves the replacement of approximately 2,000 linear feet of an existing 8-inch diameter gravity sewer line that is a contributor to inflow and infiltration and has limited capacity due to pipe degradation. Additionally, the project may include the replacement and/or the remediation of manholes. The project is expected to begin at a manhole located on a property with NCPIN 2749989016 and is expected to end at a manhole located on a property with NCPIN 2759163876, depending on budget.
