Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Operations Services Division (OSD) and the Division of Parks and Trails (PAT) request proposals for Phase 1 Engineering Services to perform all work necessary to prepare construction plans and specifications for the reconstruction of the Green Lake County Park 5 and Green Lake Rush Brown Water Accesses in Kandiyohi County. Phase 2 Bidding and Construction Administration Services will include bidding assistance and construction contract administration for Green Lake County Park 5 Water Access. Phase 3 Bidding and Construction Administration Services will include bidding assistance and construction contract administration for Green Lake Rush Brown Water Access. Note: One Consultant Contract will be awarded for the Phase I Engineering Services for both Green Lake County Park 5 and Green Lake Rush Brown Water Accesses. Upon completion of the Phase I Engineering Services, it is the State’s intent to request a proposal from the contractor and negotiate the engineering fees for the Phase 2 and Phase 3 Engineering Services, with the Phase I contractor.
