Clean and clear the area of all debris within the window framing. 3. Repair interior window seals, broken brick, and mortar joints. 4. Dispose of all debris at an approved landfill. Installation of Replacement Windows: 1. Install replacement windows matching the original historic building's look in the City of Chester SC Historical District. 2. Use storefront-style, double-insulated, inoperable metal window framing (not wood). 3. Ensure all windows meet State of SC Energy Code. 4. Seal windows with commercial-grade exterior caulking to prevent weathering.
