Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall have at least two (2) operational sweepers available. 2. Contractor shall have at least one (1) operational backup sweeper available. 3. Contractor shall have the ability to service and repair, in a timely manner, his equipment to keep the sweeping operation functional. 4. Contractor shall respond with fully operational equipment and operators, and shall be on the job within 48 hours of receipt of notice to proceed from the Town of Orange. 5. The centerline length of streets to be swept annually varies, but is typically between 50 and 100 miles. Both gutter lines shall be swept. 6. The material to be swept includes all materials normally found on roadways, including residual stone from chip sealing. 7. Four (4) wheel, four (4) cubic yard, high dump sweepers shall be provided.
