Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Procure and install 9 Stand-by Generators and Transfer Switches per specifications described in Generator Replacement Scoping and Cost Estimate Report by Aurum Consulting Engineers, March 29, 2022. 2. Construct concrete pads for generators, as needed. 3. Connect an existing generator from the Police Department to the Emergency Operations Center (Greenfield Civic Center). 4. Furnish a detailed installation line diagram encompassing all essential information for connecting and ensuring optimal performance of the new emergency generators to be procured and installed by the contractor. The City will not supply any specific designs for the installation, construction or documentation regarding the operation or maintenance of this equipment. 5. Set up interfaces, simple manual disconnects switches and PG&E switches. 6. Dispose of demolished generators and feeder
